When you start getting hungry, head inside to make breakfast. The modern, well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and all the counter space you need. Distinctive features, such as the butcher-block breakfast bar, exposed brick, and a repurposed fan as a ceiling light give the space plenty of unique charm. When it’s time to eat, grab one of the bright orange chairs at the bar, or head over to the dining room, which features chair rail and the same deep blue walls as the living room and kitchen. After breakfast, it’s time to explore. Hiking, mountain biking, rafting, and scenic drives are all just outside your doorstep, and the charms of Asheville await around 17 miles to the west.
After a day of relaxing fun, it's time to head home for...more relaxation. Fancy a soak? That beautifully restored, celadon-painted clawfoot tub in the bathroom awaits. If you'd rather relax as a group, turn on the electric fireplace and grab a spot on the sofa for some TV, courtesy of the flatscreen.
