Summary: The room was clean and the stay was okay . Costumer service was poor very poor was not happy. Didn’t know if I wanted to cancel or stay but if I cancel that mean my money would’ve took 5 to 7 business days to be put back on my card so it was no choice but to stay, but the front end manager was very rude. Very nasty.
