Our home is in a gated community and nestled on a cul-de-sac lot.
20 minutes from the University of Phoenix Stadium, home of the Arizona Cardinals. 5 minutes from Surprise Stadium Spring Training. 5 minutes from Luke Airforce base.
The space:
Spacious single-level home nestled on a cul-de-sac lot. Discover a delightful interior providing vaulted ceilings, and a carpeted living room. Gather around the fireplace in the winter. The eat-in kitchen comes with an island with a breakfast bar. Relax in the master bedroom, featuring a double-door entry and a private bathroom with dual sinks, a separate tub, and a walk-in closet. The spacious backyard highlights a pool and a covered patio where you can relax.
All bedrooms have king beds except one has a queen.
There is a crib, high chair, and queen air mattress available if needed.
There is a whole-house water filtration system installed, and every faucet in the house has good drinking water.
