Near Naples and beaches, this lovely and spacious waterfront home has everything you have ever dreamed of in a vacation destination. It’s located just off the Imperial River on a navigable canal, and only minutes to the beaches and all that Naples has to offer. This home is close to everything: water, beaches, shopping, and great restaurants to name a few. Please only 6 guests maximum! If you're more than 6 and/or planning a large party or function, please find another property.
The entire home features 10 foot ceilings and is luxuriously furnished in a Tommy Bahama tropical style. The spacious living room has a view of the pool and navigable canal. There is a formal dining area which seats 6 comfortably and an informal one in the family room which seats 4. The kitchen has a bar counter with 3 bar stools and is open to the large family room. The family room features a 55 inch flat screen TV and ample seating, with beautiful views of the pool and canal. The master bedroom has a California king-sized bed (longer than a traditional king bed) with a private bathroom which includes a huge walk in shower, double vanity, and walk in closet. It also has access to and a view of the lanai, pool, and canal. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The third bedroom has two twin sized beds that can be made up as a king and has a view of the pool deck and canal. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs and large closets.
In the back yard is your own private paradise with a heated sunny pool and shaded lanai. Complete screened and free of bugs. The pool has a westerly exposure so you can watch spectacular sunsets from the lanai. You can see fish jump, turtles, birds, and maybe even manatees along the canal, or fish off the dock for a relaxing vacation. The lanai has a dining table which seats 6 and a comfortable wicker sectional sofa with 2 matching arm chairs. There are 4 lounge chairs next to the sunny pool. Use the gas grill to cook up your catch. The house is located on a navigable canal that is just off the Imperial River. In a short boat ride, you can be either in the bay or Gulf of Mexico. Great for kayaking, paddle boarding or motor boating. Bring your boat or rent one from one of the local boat rental marinas.
The east facing front of the home has a beautiful patio with comfortable seating, perfect for morning coffee and enjoying the morning sun.
All the TVs are LED flat screens and include digital cable capable for streaming. The house is connected to internet via high-speed and wireless (WI-FI). There is a telephone with free local and long distance calling including free international calls to Canada.
The home has an attached 2 car garage and an indoor laundry room. There is additional parking for oversized vehicles across the street,
Located less than 4 miles to Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach, you can drive, take the trolley, or ride the bicycles provided. Just 2 miles north of Naples, there are numerous restaurants and grocery stores nearby, including: Coconut Jack's, Bonefish, Outback, Fresh Market, Publix, Trader Joe's. There are over 15 golf courses in Bonita Springs
The area is surrounded by golf courses and shopping centers: Coconut Point –6 miles, Mercato -7 miles, Promenade –11 miles.
