The house is located in the Tarajal neighborhood on the outskirts of Malaga. You can easily reach the center of Malaga which is 9 km away, Malaga airport 8 km and the areas of campanillas and cartama taking the road A-7054 and A-357.
It has 148 m2 and consists of 2 upper floors. On the first floor is the master bedroom with a double bed of 1.50 * 2.00 m and a desk and chair to work if you feel like it. A door inside the room gives access to the dressing room which is quite spacious. The room also has a large bathroom with shower, bathtub, 2 sinks, bidet and urinal.
On the same floor there is another bedroom with a bed of 0.90 m with its own closet. Next to it in the corridor there is another bathroom with bathtub, bidet, toilet and washbasin. At the end of the corridor there is another bedroom with a bunk bed and a double bed of 1.50*2.00 m . This room also has a built-in closet to store clothes, suitcases and an exit to the balcony.
On the second floor we reach a rustic style living room with wooden beamed ceiling which is very spacious also with its sofas, dining table and chairs. A smart tv to enjoy your favorite series or movies with your family.
A very discreet folding bed is located in the living room and measures 1,50*2,00 m . It can be pulled out from top to bottom. The kitchen is on the other side of the living room and is equipped with all the necessary appliances and has a rustic style. At the end of the living room there is another bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin.
From the living room there is a large terrace of about 30 m2 and to the right is the laundry room with washing machine, a sink for washing clothes if you want to wash them by hand. The house also has on the roof a solar thermal equipment of 300 liters and a spare thermos that works with gas in case you run out of hot water.
We are in a working class neighborhood on the outskirts of Malaga, 10 minutes from the University of Malaga and the Palace of Congress, close to the Malaga Fair. It is necessary to take the car to move or go to the bus stop on Avenida Ortega y Gasset which is 190 m walk. Guadalmar beach is 15 minutes away by car, Mercadona and Lidl supermarkets are respectively 9 and 8 minutes by car from the house.
We remind you that the access to the apartment will be between 4 PM - 8 PM. Beyond this time you will pay an extra 30 euros and after 10 PM an extra of 60 euros.
