- This is an old property so please, always turn on appliances one at a time. Do not use all appliances i.e. microwave, coffee maker, bread toaster and iron at the same time/simultaneously. May cause fusing!
- No dishwasher available.
- The heater can be loud at times.
- Security camera/recording device — Our properties may have outdoor security cameras aimed on the exterior of the home, doorbell camera and/or an alarm system for the safety of the house and its occupants. Non-recording audio monitoring devices (NoiseAware) might be installed onsite to warn us of excessive noise and avoid complaints.
*All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID).
