The Space:
The backyard is made for all day fun. Swim laps in the heated pool, unwind in the waterfall spa, challenge your friends to a game of ping pong, and grill at the built in barbecue. The outdoor dining table seats up to 10 for long meals and sunset dinners. The secluded fire pit sits at the back of the yard with no neighbors behind you, perfect for stargazing or roasting s’mores. Multiple lounge zones make this space private, sunny, and ideal for floating, grilling, and playing.
Inside, the open floor plan is filled with natural light and set up for groups. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and entertaining. The living and dining areas offer easy hangout zones with TV streaming, a built in fireplace, and comfortable seating. Four furnished bedrooms, three modern bathrooms, and extra linens make hosting simple and stress free.

- The maximum number of people allowed on the property at any time is 10, according to the city of Indio's permitting guidelines.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am, decibel levels must be kept to a minimum, no amplified noise outdoors.
- Ring cameras are present at the front door and actively monitored in accordance with policies.
