Gorgeous custom tiled walk-in shower and vanity with wood look ceramic tile floor. The two main bedrooms have views of the lush green backyard overlooking the marsh and creek. One has a queen size bed with a desk and the other bedroom has a beautiful daybed set up as a king. The third bedroom is located just off the living room with a double sliding barn door entry for privacy and a twin size bed. Additional custom features include luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, "board and batten" accent walls and sliding barn doors. The living room has a 55 inch Fire TV and console with electric fireplace for cozy evenings. The convertible sofa provides extra room opening to a queen if needed. Take in the peaceful surroundings with herons, egrets and even an occasional deer passing through! Enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails in the courtyard with sitting area to relax anytime.
