This is a beautiful newly renovated beach house right on White Horse Beach. The house is located right across the street from the walk down to the beach. Enjoy stunning views of the beach and the Gurnet from either the lower enclosed deck or from the top deck. Perfect spot to relax and enjoy the summer. The house compound is comprised of a 3 bedroom main house, private outside shower, and a 3 bed, 1 bath guest house. The cozy cottage main house has two entrances via the wrap around porch. One in the back that enters into the kitchen with a big pantry. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and a sink with a dry rack for washing dishes. The front entrance enters into the living room, allowing for quick access to the beach. The bathroom is big for a beach house and contains the laundry machines. The dining room has a gorgeous 6 seat table, perfect for a family dinner after a day on the beach. The living room has a HD TV, gliding chair and a 3 person couch. Basic HD cable along with wifi is including with the house. The main stairs are off the dining room and lead up to the three bedrooms. They are a steeper stair case that give the house that vintage cottage charm. The back bedroom consists of two twin beds. The middle room has 1 twin bed and the front master room has a queen size bed with grand views of the ocean and beach. A sliding glass door in the master bedroom leads to the top deck that can easily fit up to 10 people and has stunning views of the ocean and the Gurnet. The entire main house has central air conditioning and each bedroom has their own window unit AC so each guest can set their perfect temperature in their bedroom.
The guest house is a cozy little cottage within its own right. It has a front deck that leads into the living room. A small little kitchen with a partial bath and 1 bedroom with a full size bed. The guest house can sleep 4 comfortably and has 1 bed and a futon that pulls into a queen size bed. The guest house has a window AC in the bedroom along with another AC in the living room allowing to keep the house very cool and comfortable on those hot summer nights. The outside shower is located on the rear of the house. It is fully functional with benches, a private door, and both a top shower head and lower nozzle to rinse off feet after spending the day on the beach. There is a driveway that can fit up to 3 cars on the right side of the main house. On the left side yard can accommodate an additional 5 cars parked in front of the guest house. There is a nice backyard with a picnic table and full propane grill for having fun cook outs. Both houses have pillows and linens included along with kitchen amenities such as pots, pans and silverware. There is also four beach chairs and beach towels provided.
