In addition, the apartment has a separate and fully equipped kitchen that will allow you to prepare breakfast or cook your favorite dishes. Finally, in the distributor hall there are two bathrooms equipped with sink, toilet and shower.

- La hora de llegada puede ser a partir de las 16:00 (consultar antes de reservar, posibilidad de llegar antes), hasta las 20:00 PM.
- Consultar disponibilidad de llegada después de las 20:00 PM.
- La hora de salida debe ser antes de las 11:00 máximo.
- Presentación de pasaportes y/o Documento Nacional de Identidad a través de nuestra aplicación para la transmisión de datos a la Policía Nacional de España. Obligatorio por Ley.
- Uso responsable de la energía eléctrica.
- Prohibido fumar dentro del apartamento.
- No dejar las llaves puestas en la cerradura de la puerta por dentro. En el caso que se dejen las llaves puestas y no podamos entrar, se les cobrará el servicio del cerrajero urgente (150€).
- Pérdida de las llaves del apartamento. Se cobrará el importe de las copias de las mismas.
- Objetos perdidos. La empresa no se responsabilizará de los objetos olvidados en el apartamento y que no sean encontrados por nuestro personal de limpieza. Revise bien antes de abandonar el apartamento.
- Respetar horarios de descanso de los vecinos. Desde las 14h hasta las 17h y a partir de las 22h. No causar molestias por ruido.
- No se admiten mascotas.
- No se admiten fiestas o eventos.
