This spacious period farmhouse overlooks a beautiful rural landscape, yet less than a mile from the sea. The nearest sand and shingle beach is just a short drive at Llanrhystud. Within the Ceredigion county you will find the vibrant, university town of Aberystwyth with promenade, museums, galleries, shops and restaurants, as well as its beach, busy marina and cliff railway. Visit Wales' only silver mine visitor attraction, dramatic waterfalls, or take a trip on a steam train with the Vale of Rheidol Railway. Stepping into the property you will enter the lobby, where you can place your footwear. This leads into the well-equipped farmhouse kitchen with an electric oven and hob, Aga, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, TV and Nespresso coffee machine. Continuing the ground floor, from the kitchen is the lounge with wood burner, comfy sofas and a Smart TV, to enjoy after a day of exploring. Head across the hallway into the spacious dining room which follows into the bright and airy conservatory, a perfect place for reading a book or taking a nap. From the hallway, heading up the stairs to the first floor there is a double bedroom (height restrictions apply) and a bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. A further landing leads to three more bedrooms, a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a twin on request), a single bedroom and a further king-size bedroom, all enjoying lovely countryside views.
Heading outside there is a large patio with your own private hot tub and garden furniture, perfect for relaxing in the open space and enjoying the far-reaching views. There is also ample private parking adjacent to the property.
