Enter through the utility room/porch area, which is perfect for storing muddy boots and jackets. Downstairs, you’ll discover a handy shower room and a gorgeous open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with striking exposed wooden ceiling beams. This is the heart of the home, a welcoming space where you can enjoy spending relaxed, quality time together. Cook up a storm in the spacious kitchen, which has all the necessary appliances and then enjoy unhurried meals and good conversation at the adjacent wooden dining table. After a day exploring the surrounding lakes and fells, head to the lounge area where you can sink into the comfortable sofas and unwind. On cooler evenings, pop a log on the wood burner, settle in and pick your favourite family film to watch on the Smart TV.
