This stunning barn conversion offers beautiful open spaces inside and out, and sits on the owners non working farm that has been in the same family for over 100 years. With Alton Towers and Carsington Water nearby which make a great family day out. There are some fabulous walks on your doorstep with footpaths straight from the door or venture further a field, with Dovedale stepping stones and Ilam just over 12 miles away, sitting on the river manifold with gorgeous countryside views. There's something for everyone on the doorstep. Sport enthusiasts can engage in some clay pigeon shooting at Eaton Hall Shooting Ground (3.4 miles), tee off at nearby courses like Uttoxeter Golf Club (5 miles) or Ashbourne Golf Club (9 miles), or head to Uttoxeter Racecourse (5 miles). History lovers can visit Tutbury Castle (10 miles), Sudbury Hall (5 miles) or Chatsworth House just to name a few of the rich heritage properties nearby.
