This delightful cottage is located in the small town of Withypool, sitting in the heart of the stunning and dramatic Exmoor National Park which offers a fantastic range of breath-taking walks with spectacular views. You can walk Tarr Steps in the heart of Exmoor and enjoy the sights of the beautiful wooded valley of the River Barle. There are also opportunities for horse riding and fishing nearby. A short drive away is the glorious North Devon coast, with its picturesque views, sandy beaches, charming seaside towns including Porlock, Lynmouth and Lynton, the Valley of the Rocks, and the breath-taking coastal walk from Heddons Mouth to Woody Bay.

Heading into the cosy lounge area, which has comfortable seating surrounding the TV and wood burner. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking a romantic meal for two with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. Make your way up the original steep staircase to find the two bedrooms, the master king-size bedroom and dressing area along with stunning views out over the countryside and a cosy single room. Completing the accommodation is a shower room with shower and WC. Please note the staircase to the bedrooms and bathroom is very steep and narrow and would not be suitable for young children, elderly and those with limited or reduced mobility.
Venture outside to the fully enclosed garden area which offers garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ, the perfect space for al fresco dining.
