Beautiful 3-story, 5 Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom Vacation home on quiet street in the desired Ocean City Gardens, close to the Beach & Boardwalk!
This stunning home offers so much old charm with all brand new amenities! Our home sleeps 12 (plus 2 little ones as a cradle and pack and play are available upon request). The interior of this home was completely renovated; including a brand new kitchen, bathrooms, and hardwood flooring throughout most of the house. All furniture, appliances, central air conditioning and five smart TVs are brand new.
The first floor has a large, covered porch ideal for relaxing after a day on the beach, or an early morning cup of coffee. The first floor offers a living room equipped with a large TV, dining table that seats 10 people, brand new 1/2 bath, laundry room and beautifully updated kitchen with new GE slate appliances, modern Wolf cabinets and granite counter tops with bar stools.
The second floor has four bedrooms (1K, 1Q, 2T, 1Q) and a full bathroom with a combination tub/shower.
The third floor has a renovated full bathroom and a large bedroom that sleeps four (1Q & 2T), and is equipped with a 42" smart TV and a Playstation console with game selection. Every bedroom is newly painted and decorated and has a smart 32"+ TV.
This home is professionally cleaned each Saturday. We take great pride in making sure that we offer our tenants an immaculate house with many conveniences. We offer plenty of extras that will make your packing easy and won’t jam your car full of items that are already here waiting for you. We provide beach chairs, an umbrella, 8 beach tags, sand toys, beach cart, pack and play (upon request), cradle, high-chair, kids toys, books, games and movies. The kitchen is fully equipped - all brand new appliances plus a Keurig coffee maker and crock pot. We also have cable throughout and Wi-Fi internet. Check amenity and activity sections to see all that is available.
This beautiful home is just a short walk to the beach (4 blocks) and boardwalk. In addition to the ideal location, there is also a private driveway for 3-4 vehicles on this quiet street! An outside storage room is available that contains the beach gear. There is a hot water outdoor shower located at the rear of the house with a locking door for privacy. We also provide a gas grill.
