Lovely modern house at the end of a quiet cul de sac with access to the Aviemore orbital path. The house has a double height living/dining area with sliding doors out to the rear private garden. There is a fully equipped modern kitchen and a downstairs W.C. There are 3 large bedrooms , two with double beds and one with 2 single beds. There is also a modern family bathroom upstairs. The house has underfloor heating on the ground floor and radiators upstairs. An easy stroll along the wooded orbital path takes you into the centre of the village . There are also handy local shops and take away outlets less than 5 minutes away. We are also very close to some fantastic mountain bike trails and fantastic walks
