Boats, boat trailers, utility, and other work trailers, unlicensed motor vehicles, jet skis, recreational vehicles, travel trailers, campers, fifth-wheel trailers, all-terrain vehicles, and similar items used on land or water may not be parked on any street within Beacon’s Reach, on a driveway or yard, except in an enclosed garage or other approved parking area within Beacon’s Reach.
Noise coming from a rental unit, including noise from televisions, radios and any other audio equipment must be kept at a reasonable sound level as to not infringe upon the quiet enjoyment of the neighbors and the neighborhood. Particular care should be paid to hours before 8am and after 10pm.
