This luxury three bedroom, two bath non-smoking, pet free home can sleep up to ten guests. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed, attached master bath and sliders to the pool and hot tub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with sliders to the lanai as well. The third bedroom has a queen sized bunk bed with a twin on top (also, trundle underneath with an air mattress). Also included is a pull out couch for additional guests or family. Each bedroom has its own flat panel TV (Smart TV). There is a full wet bar complete with a wine cooler, a mini-fridge and an ice maker for your enjoyment! A completely outfitted laundry room with cabinets, and a full size fridge for extra storage provide room for extra food and beverages! There is also an extra mini fridge on the lanai for your outdoor entertaining.
The fully open kitchen and island have quartzite counter tops and the bar stools provide a great view of the water through the wall to wall patio doors! The kitchen opens into the living and open dining room area. Comfy sofa, recliner and chairs make the perfect conversation area, perfect for rainy days. Kid friendly, with a pack and play (with mattress), high chair, kids towels and toys.
This home also offers FREE wireless internet, heated pool and hot tub, a washer and dryer, two paddleboards, four kayaks and more!
The Mermaid House has a fabulous covered Lanai entertainment area with a patio table and 6 chairs and another sofa and chair area with outdoor tv and Bluetooth speakers for you to relax and enjoy the kid friendly fenced in large pool and hot tub. The propane grill will fulfill all your barbecuing needs.
Lots of yard to play in (cornhole set included). Beautiful views from the waterfront deck and dock. Watch the manatees and dolphins swim by as you enjoy your favorite beverage while admiring the best sunsets. Fish off of the dock, or just meditate and watch the water move by.
Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, fishing rods and some tackle, and pool toys are included.
This home is perfectly situated for all your vacation needs. Take day excursions to Disney, Universal, Busch Gardens, Clearwater Beach, Anna Maria Island, Ft. Myers, St. Pete and many beautiful golf courses. When you’re ready to get out on the water, simply stroll down to the home’s private dock and beautiful screened in gazebo on the canal, which leads about a half mile out to Tampa Bay. There is a dock and floating dock to tie up your own boat if you choose. Captain Billy Nobles from Reel Animals is just down the canal so you can book chartered fishing excursions with him as well!
For a unique experience, visit the local Manatee Viewing Center (November 1st until April 15th). This nature preserve has beautiful trails, butterfly garden, stingray pool, kids learning area and much more. Fish, hike or experience sunsets from the Apollo Beach Nature Preserve. Enjoy numerous live events such as fairs, markets, festivals, or enjoy a wonderful night out at a comedy club in historic Ybor City. Nearby is Topgolf, iFLY, Dave & Busters or get in a little shopping at Ellenton Premium Outlets and Westfield Brandon mall. Plenty of wonderful entertainment and dining for everyone!
