Seventh & Pine is a nearly century old 3rd generation owned 3-bedroom vacation house located in the heart of Georgetown. Nestled just a short walk between the "Most Beautiful Town Square in Texas" (5 blocks) and Southwestern University (2 blocks), this cozy retreat offers the perfect home base for your central Texas getaway. A home with heart—owned by one family since 1963 and lovingly shared with guests.

The fully stocked kitchen is a chef's delight, equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and all the essentials you need to whip up delicious meals.
