There is a separate TV room (with a smart TV) and a dining area leading to a fully equipped kitchen.Downstairs there are two bedrooms with a bathroom and a separate toilet and upstairs there are 3 further bedrooms all with their own bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms also have mezzanine levels that can accommodate another 3 people (a single + a double bed).The villa has air conditioning / heating throughout and complementary Fibre-optic WIFI. This charming and peaceful villa has security gates and private parking and is situated in Lower Calahonda within 15 minutes walk of the beach, shops, bars and restaurants.As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property.
