On the ground floor, the spacious living room is provided with a dining table and a huge sofa on which the whole family can relax in front of the fireplace. The independent kitchen, equipped with wooden furniture, features all the kitchenware and appliances that you will need; a dining table and a breakfast bar are also located in the kitchen.

The swimming pool is incredibly spacious, therefore being ideal for the whole family to rejoice in the landscape and its fresh waters.
