Terraced house in the coastal village of Benajarafe located at 25km from Malaga city. The area is very quiet, ideal for resting. The house has a large terrace with porch and other in the main bedroom where you can see wonderful views of the sea and mountains. The small bedroom is furnished with a double bed too. The living room is very spacious and has a double bed sofa (2 more guests) and a 49” smart TV. Kitchen is equipped with washing machine, microwave and oven. There are cold/hot air conditioning splits in both bedrooms and in the living room. In the backyard of the house, a small private pool has been built (approx. 2,5x2x1m), enough to have a relaxing and refreshing swim under the sun.
Community pool is situated at 4-5 min. walk from the house and it is open from June to September. The beach is about 400 meters away and it is not as exploited as in other areas of the Costa del Sol, so you can enjoy a few days on the beach and forget about the stress of the city.
You can park easily on the street. Although you can get to the village from Malaga city, airport and other locations, it is recommended to have a car during the stay, since the urbanization is located on the outskirts of the town and it would be more comfortable for shopping and moving from side to side.
Along the promenade we find restaurants and beach bars with live music and typical fried fish. In the town there are different shops and markets and Shopping Center 10-minute drive.
Areas of interest are the touristic town of Nerja (20 min), and other “pueblos blancos” of the region La Axarquía, such as Alcaucín, Periana or Frigiliana, well known for their cuisine and landscapes. And of course capital of Málaga, its historic center, tapas bars, museums, and its renovated Dock One (Muelle Uno), full of shops and restaurants.
