Welcome to our stunning getaway, a haven for nature lovers and adventurers alike. Nestled in a scenic and tranquil area, our home offers the perfect retreat with easy access to the best spots in upstate New York. Whether you seek thrilling outdoor activities or peaceful relaxation, our home serves as the ideal base camp for exploring the breathtaking Hudson Valley.
Important Notes:
- Please save the WiFi login/password and key code prior to arrival as there is minimal service upon arrival.
- We regret to inform you that our home is not pet-friendly.
- Rest assured, your stay is covered with $1,500 in "All-Risk" Damage Protection. This coverage safeguards against accidental damage unless specifically excluded (e.g normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage).
- There is a Ring motion sensor security camera that faces the front driveway, only. Please note, there are video only cameras in inaccessible areas of the house (garage, basement, and owners closet). These areas are prohibited to guests.
- Access to the basement, garage or closet off of the primary bedroom is strictly prohibited.
Outdoor Entertaining House Rules
- Please never try to open the pool when there is a significant amount of water on top of the cover. This will break the cover.
- Only plasticware is allowed on deck and in the pool area; this is labeled clearly in the kitchen.
- For safety, the pool cover *must* be closed when not in use. After you leave or if rain is expected, the water pump must be placed on top of the cover with the hose leading outside of the pool away from the house.
- The hot tub cover *must* be closed when not in use. (Leaving the cover off is like leaving the refrigerator door open.)
- We have a septic system, please treat it gently and do not flush anything other than toilet paper.
- All pool and deck umbrellas *must* be tied shut when not in use and never used during a storm; the wind in both cases will destroy the umbrellas.
- Propane fireplace *must* be turned off overnight.
Please take note of the following:
- Routine maintenance, lawn care, snow plowing, garbage pickup, linen pickup, hot tub service,, and pool cleanings may occur during your stay.
- Parking is allowed only in designated spaces.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.
- Weapons are not allowed.
- Please adhere to safety instructions for fireplaces, fire pits, and other amenities.
- Due to fire risk, we kindly request that you refrain from charging electric cars on the property.
- Parties and additional guests beyond the maximum occupancy are not permitted. We kindly ask that you respect quiet hours after 9 pm and follow good neighbor guidelines.
- Please refrain from trespassing on property boundaries.
- Tents, yurts, and other camping equipment are prohibited.
