The house can sleep up to 10 guests comfortably . No smoking allowed indoors. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils: fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cutlery, kitchenware, dishwasher and washing machine. This beautiful townhouse is in a small quaint Spanish village, 25 minutes drive away from Lake Iznahar with it's beautiful beach. The village has everything you need so there is no need to travel outside. The house has been newly renovated but still has many original features. It's comfortably decorated and has everything included to make it a real home from home. It is very spacious and has it's own original well. It has several patios, two lounges, a dining room, 4 double bedrooms, a bar and terrace , a spacious pool with sun loungers and BBQ area, as well as a woodburning fire and its own wishing well. There is so much to do in and near the village and the bars and restaurants offer amazing food at a very reasonable price. It sleeps 10 comfortably.
About the neighbourhood
Encinas Reales is surrounded by beautiful olive groves. It's a rural Spanish village and the locals are very friendly. Lake Isnahar has its own beach which is a 25 minute drive away and the village is spectacular. You can find loads to do such as horse-riding, trekking, white-water rafting, absailing,and canooing. The village has an outdoor market every Tuesday. Although you are close to Malaga, Cordoba, Saville and Granada there is no need to travel outside the village as it has everything needed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It has a butchers, fishmongers, supermarkets, hairdressers, beauticians, bank, outdoor community pool, basketball and tennis courts. There are several bars and restaurants offering great food and very reasonable prices.
