Walk a few minutes to the Quicksilver Lift and then ski down 4 O'Clock Run at the end of the day and walk back across the street to the condo. The complex features an on-site hot tub open year round and also has access to the Upper Village Pool, with an outdoor heated pool and 3 hot tubs located just a short walk away.

• Top floor location - This condo is on the top floor. Stairs or an elevator can be used to reach the condo level.
• Ample summer trails within a short walk from this property, including the Sawmill Reservoir Trail which starts at the Snowflake Lift and follows a beautiful stream up to a reservoir with great views.
