More information The space Villa Las Dunas is a beautiful 6 bedroom family home with private pool and gardens situated on the exclusive Atlanterra Urbanization providing spectacular views of Morrocco and the Atlantic Ocean and of course the un-spoilt beaches below. To give you a feel for the Villa's layout, the composition is as followsː Through the front door into the main entrance........... - and to the right a door leading to a fully self contained apartment that sleeps four with separate sitting room, kitchen and family bathroom. - to the left the winding staircase leads you up to the main living area and wrap around balcony. -through to the lounge with huge windows, allowing for panoramic Ocean views, lovely comfy sofas for 8/9 people, breakfast table that seats a further 4 plus occasional chairs around the room, 48" Smart TV loaded with Netfix and Amazon prime Apple TV, - through the french doors to the dining room with large marble top table, side buffet table and piano. - the patio doors lead to a further shaded al fresco BBQ area. - access to the fully fitted modern kitchen with ceramic hob, two ovens with multiple settings, dishwasher, granite surfaces, coffee machine, nutri bullet, plenty of cooking and serving utensils and laundry room containing washing machine, tumble dryer, large american style fridge and freezer are reached either from the dining room or the hallway. - beyond the lounge are two King sized bedrooms. - then the family bathroom which includes Jacuzzi bath and walk-in shower. - at the end of the hall is the larger of the three mid level bedrooms with a lovely big 220cm wide bed which can be used as one or as two large singles within one frame. - a further staircase leads to the master suite with emperor sized bed, a 360° wrap around balcony and en-suite bathroom with large corner bath and walk in shower. - All bedrooms include Ocean view, Egyptian cotton bed linens, bluetooth ceiling speakers and lots of storage space. We keep family amenities in storage at the house so please let us know if you are booking with young children/babies as we can provide useful things such stair gates, travel cot, pool and house toys, bed guard, mini table and stools, mini cutlery. There is also a PC and wireless printer with guest log-in at the property. The house is ideal for year round usage with underfloor heating and real log fire - perfect for cosy winter nights! Interaction with guests When you arrive at Las Dunas we will greet you and show you around the villa and explain the space and surrounding area. If you are unsure of the area we are also happy to meet you at the start of town and guide you to the villa. Your guest hamper will contain a few tastes from local growers and farmers, first day essentials and a nice cold glass of cava (or beer) to get you in the holiday mood! You will also find lots of tourist information including, restaurants, nearby attractions, whale watching, horse riding, taxi numbers, etc. The housekeepers will clean and change the beds once a week during your stay and the groundsman will unobtrusively tend to the outside area and pool. Our primary language is English but we also have some Spanish and bi-lingual staff.
