The studio comfortably accommodates up to four guests with two queen beds featuring plush linens. A full-size closet allows for convenient storage, making it suitable for extended stays. The kitchenette includes a microwave, mini-fridge, and essential cookware for preparing light meals. The bathroom features a modern design and is stocked with fresh towels and basic toiletries.

Guests enjoy full access to Condado Lagoon Villas amenities, including a private pool, hot tub, fitness center, concierge services, and 24-hour security. The complex is equipped with a generator and water tank to ensure comfort during potential service interruptions.
Prime location within walking distance to Laguna del Condado (2 min), Escambrón Beach (10 min), and Paseo Caribe (3 min), with restaurants, shops, and nightlife nearby. Old San Juan, cruise terminals, the Convention Center, and Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport are just a short drive away. Uber and taxis are readily available. The property does not include on-site parking; paid self-parking is available at the nearby Paseo Caribe garage (3-minute walk).
Security Deposit: A refundable $150 USD security deposit is required per reservation. The deposit will be fully refunded after check-out once the property has been inspected and no damages or additional charges are identified.
Starter Kit: Travel-size toiletries, 1 towel per guest, 1 beach towel per guest, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish sponge, and 1 bottle of dish soap are provided at check-in. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies during their stay. Laundry detergent is not provided.

ID OR PASSPORT IS REQUIRED FOR THE CHECK-IN PROCESS. Check-in time is at 4:00 pm Check-out time is at 11:00 am NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 9 am, no parties or noisy activities during these hours The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights. All bookings are contingent on signing a short-term rental agreement that will be sent via email. It must be signed within 48 hours of booking or before entering the property, whichever happens first. Maximum occupancy of 4 adults/children at all times. This includes visitors. Max. occupancy is strictly enforced and exceeding it may result in immediate cancellation of booking or being expelled from the property. Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease, or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged. Do not hang towels from the windows. A $100 fine may be applied if you break this rule.
If house rules are not followed and there is excessive garbage in the studio an extra charge could be charged (up to 100% of the cleaning fee).
Extra cleaning could be charged if the AC is left off as we would need to clean the mold due to moisture on the wall and ceiling.
Subletting is not allowed.
