Summary: Lovely place, staff was very helpful and great location. Sadly wemt during a heatwave and the rooms dont have aircon, so sadly was roadting slowly in the room. Would recommend the company to install aircon, if more hot weather is going to be the norm. The staff were lovely and provided more fans to try and keep cool. The hotel was lovely and great location, would recommend people stay here, just needs a bit of modernising. Sadly Gloucester is not a town I think I would visit again, during the day it was nice and the historical sites pretty cool, with a modern dock. At night, however the town is a different story, junkies/ crackheads everywhere. I am not one to judge someones personal background but it was not pleasant and not somewhere to take children in the evening.
