This four storey, Grade II listed home, has just been lovingly restored to its original Victorian glory by the owner and brims with period character. Antique and traditional furnishings are perfectly balanced with a luxurious and comfortable interior.
Sleeping five adults in three bedrooms, this beautifully styled Victorian property has a large living room on the first floor overlooking the Old Town Market Square. Plus, with the entire ground floor dedicated to a huge open plan kitchen / bar / dining room, you won't be short on space. (See the floorplans in the photos for more of an idea of the space you'll be using.)
Guests will be able to access the whole house apart from the top floor bedroom which is locked for use by the owner when guests are not staying. The driveway next to the property is the neighbours. This is not for guest use as it is private parking.

Margate Old Town – cobbled street outside and on the doorsteps of all the best restaurants and bars.
The sea is only 100m away at the end of Duke Street and, being located centrally, all of Margate's best restaurants and other amenities are literally a couple of minutes' walk.
If you are travelling by train, the station is a short 5 to 10 minute walk away and other places like Walpole Bay Tidal Pool under 10 minutes as well.
There is free parking on residential streets inland and paid parking nearby in the Old Town and on the sea front.
Please be aware that the cleaning fee includes laundry for all the bedding and towels and a deep clean of all the bedrooms, bathrooms and communal areas.
The property has feather pillows and duvets, cotton sheets.
