Modern 3 bedroomed air conditioned apartment in the centre of Almerimar overlooking the harbour with its restaurants & bars although safe & secure in modern apartment block with shared swimming pool & sunset views. Apartment entrance is poolside with a large communal area for sunbathing and relaxing.
Close to the two beaches & marina area.
Opposite the block entry is the superb 27-hole golf course with club amenties.
Almerimar is a thriving modern beachside resort catering for people of all ages with plenty of choice of restaurants & bars in a relaxed & friendly Spanish location.
We have baby travel cribs available to pre-book, €15 per reservation, payable on arrival. For health and safety we do not provide crib sheets/pillow.
Please note: we provide toilet rolls, kitchen roll, dishcloths and cleaning liquid. We do NOT provide other toiletries, nor kitchen condiments such as oils, salt etc.
For stays of 10 days or less a single set of linens and towels will be provided. For stays of 11 days or more, a spare set of linens and towels will be left in the wardrobe to allow you to wash and change over. For stays of 14 days or more, a mid-stay clean service is available which will include fresh linen, towels and a light clean throughout. This is pre-booked and payable locally.
Beach towels are not provided and it is not permitted to use apartment towels poolside or beachfront.
The apartment does have a private underground parking space available if required, airport transfers are readily available from Almeria and Malaga.
Please note: apartment is located with a community controlled residential block. Communal swimming pool is seasonal - generally mid-June to late September
