KENDALL BUILDING: The condo is on the 5th floor (elevator access). The Kendall building also features a hot tub on the roof with amazing views of the Needles Mountain range. Coin laundry in this building - there is no washer/dryer inside the condo.
RESORT CLUB ACCESS: For an optional 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. When booking, just advise if you would like the extra 4% resort fee added.

Purgatory is 25 minutes north of downtown Durango and is known as a family-friendly ski resort. It has 105 trails, including 5 terrain parks, over 1,500 skiable acres and 12 lift. The resort boasts an average annual snowfall of 260 inches. Purgatory Resort offers a variety of activities and amenities that cater to families, including ski lessons, childcare and a variety of restaurants. It is a more affordable option that some of the other ski resorts in Colorado, has a good mix of terrain for all ability levels, and stunning views. If you're looking for a resort that offers something for everyone, staying at this condo at Purgatory is a great option!
SUMMER AT PURGATORY: Purgatory boasts a bike park accessible by chair lift, an alpine slide, mountain coaster, and treasure panning. There are also hiking trails, jeep tours, and watercraft rentals on Twilight Lake. Purgatory hosts various events throughout the summer, such as live music concerts, festivals and bike races.
