Custom pine board ceiling and bathroom custom pine surround. 2 full bathrooms, Kitchen, Family Room, full season porch looking over Lake Sunapee and Viewing Mt Sunapee Private entrance.

Short walk to waterfront across the street. 15 min from Mount Sunapee, Minutes from several beaches to include Lake Sunapee and Eastman Lake, Dozens of Hiking Trails, Fishing, Dining, Top New Hampshire Golf Courses minutes away, Tennis, Pickle Ball and so much more.
