You will immediately love this lakeview home with POOL/SPA (pool heat available May-Oct). Enjoy a spacious floor plan, stocked kitchen, TV’s in most rooms, and surround sound in the family room. Outside enjoy speakers w/Bluetooth (please bring your own adapter), a BBQ, patio table, gas fire pit, and outside patio seating. Open up the Arizona room and you will find a TV, futon, bar top table, and one video game. This home will surely not disappoint!

Guest access
This is a private home and you have access to the entire home.
There is a pool/spa available for your use. The POOL can be heated during the Spring/Summer months May-October only. The cost is $50 PER DAY. So sorry but due to cooler weather NO POOL heat is offered November-April.
PLEASE NOTE: If at anytime if you are near the pool equipment you will be automatically charged for $50 day.
SPA can be heated year round and is included in the rental cost at this time. We only ask you turn the spa temperature down when not in use. If it appears spa is left on continuously extra fees will apply.
Other things to note
1. 3 KING beds. Fourth bedroom is attached and accessed via the master bedroom and there is a QUEEN bed and FUTON. See pictures for more details.
2. This is a quiet neighborhood with year round residents. Please be sure to read our house rules.
3. We allow pets in our home but there are some limitations to how many pets and size etc. Please inquire about pet fee, minimum of $200 per short term stay. This is NON-Refundable. This cost is for the extra cleaning of pet hair and laundry. ALL pet waste is expected to be promptly cleaned up.
