Easy access to all the amenities of Marchmont and Bruntsfield Links, including shops and restaurants. The flat sits right beside the delightful cafe and shop "27 Elliot's" and the "Victor Hugo" deli and coffee shop.
::Flat Information::
There is no dedicated parking, but there is limited free parking availible directly outside the apartment, it is free on weekends. If no spaces are availible here, you may be able to find a free parking space on the residential streets nearby, or the nearest car park is a 10-15 minute walk away in Quartermile, on the other side of The Meadows.
You will recieve a small welcome package of tea, coffee, and Scottish drinks and treats.
The key to the flat is accessed through the KeyNest service, you will need to pick up and drop off the key at a convenience store 5 minutes walk from the apartment. A code will be shared with you before your arrival. The flat itself uses a number keypad/card swipe lock for your convenience. This space is intended to be booked for the entire month of the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. You will be provided with clean linens and towels on arrival, and we can offer a change and a clean of the flat halfway through your stay. Let us know if you’d not like this service, there is a washing machine free to use at any time, and we can leave a spare set.
