Centrally located to Mesquite activities, restaurant, and National Parks, tons of fun await you. You will be glad you chose the Bird's Nest.
* Unless you have made your reservation on Airbnb, there will be a security deposit HOLD of $300 during your stay. Your card should not be charged unless there are damages or extra cleaning found after checkout.

The entire condo, garage, patio, and common areas of the community, including the pool/hot tub/rec building, will be yours to enjoy.

The Springs is a highly desired Mesquite vacation neighborhood amongst many local residents. It is quiet, friendly and folks look out for one another. Mesquite offers golf, Golf, GOLF....beautiful sunsets, hiking, miles of ATV/UTV trails, gambling, and sporting events. Centrally located, it is a 90 minute drive to the Vegas strip or Zion National Park. The Valley of Fire is a short 60 minute drive and worth it. You can't be bored in Mesquite! This is a safe and awesome neighborhood, 1/2 mile from a great walking/biking trail and very close to fast-food eats and the Casablanca Resort and Golf Course.
Mesquite is walking and bicycle friendly, but getting to and from the store we suggest a car.
* For long term stays, please inquire. Extra cleaning fees apply, and there is a
tax break if you are staying for 28 days or more.
* No Smoking, No Pets, No Parties. $150 charge applies.
* Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.
* If the pool key/rec room key is lost, there will be a $200 charge against
the security deposit as this is what the HOA charges us for a
replacement key.
* We ask that the HOA guidelines posted on the door be adhered to in
order to be respectful of our neighbors.
* Additional cleaning fee for stays over 2 weeks. Inquire with hosts
about stays longer than 2 weeks for answers to your questions.

*Pool/hot tub - The pool is located just behind the building to your left. Lost key fob for the pool or garage remote will result in $200 replacement fee from the security deposit. Please place it where you found it at checkout. Thank you!
*Please no glass in the pool area. Please observe all posted rules. The pool is heated except for the coldest months of the year. The hot tub and rec area are open year round.
*Laundry: please clear dryer vent screen as often as possible.
CHECKOUT: 10:00 AM
1. Please load dishwasher with all dishes and start.
2. Please start one load of laundry (towels OR sheets).
3. Please set temperature at 69 in winter and 80 in
summer.
4. Please sign off personal TV APPS and place TV and garage remote remotes
on a table in the room in which they belong.
5. Please lock door.
6. Please send a quick note saying you have checked
out. It is very helpful for our housekeeping staff.
