Enjoy the peaceful setting of this spacious home, which is just a short walk to the lake. You will have access to an uncovered dock just down the TVA path from the sloped backyard or you may use a covered slip at one of the community docks on a first come first served basis. Simply notify your host with your boat’s registration id to use the covered docks.
Not only are there four bedrooms, but the main level offers a full size futon in a private room, and the lower level has a large bunk room with three bunk beds with six twin beds. The home comfortably sleeps 16 people.
The entire lower level was finished in Spring 2022 and provides a wonderful space for family and friends to hang out, watch a show on the 85” tv, play games, and connect. The lower level features a 13’ live-edge sycamore bar to have a snack while watching a game on tv.
Four kayaks with paddles are available for your use. Assorted life jackets are available, but you may prefer to bring your own fitted jackets.
You may choose to relax outdoors on one of the two decks, on the screened-in porch, or maybe head to the community pavilion to take a dip in the infinity pool or relax in the hot tub. Please be aware that the pool is for the use of the property owners of the subdivision and their guests. As a result, they do set a limit of six guests per property at the pool at one time.
You’ll find a Weber Smokefire grill available for cooking outside, and a large stocked kitchen to prepare meals indoors.
