Positive: First of all, a big thank-you to Joanna for her wonderful support. She helped us resolve an issue that was actually on our side, stayed in touch at every step, and was always kind and patient. Later, when we experienced a small problem with the heater (not caused by us this time), she once again assisted promptly. It was a bit chilly at first, but the house warmed up nicely later in the evening. The home itself is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and feels very new. Having a private parking space made things even easier.

Negative: If I may offer a gentle suggestion — the lighting throughout the house uses bright white bulbs, which made the atmosphere feel a little less cozy for our taste. Warmer lights would make this lovely home feel even more welcoming. Of course, this may not be an issue for everyone. Also, the weekend rates are on the higher side, but overall the experience was pleasant and well-managed.
