This listing is for a studio King bed economy (unrenovated) unit at the Vistas. These units will have dated furniture, carpet and a clean basic setup. We are an apartment community located in central Sierra Vista, minutes from the base and all shopping. The Vistas is setup to accomodate long term furnished stays, we might not be the best accomodations for your 1 or 2 day stopover. We have a great location and complex was built in 2010 as an extended stay. This is now a converted apartment complex catering to longer term furnished housing. These studio units have original 10 year old furniture which is showing its age. The carpet is also original and may show signs of staining. There may be light deferred maintenance. These units are scheduled for remodel over the next 90 days and are deeply discounted in the mean time. Please do not expect a luxury studio. Our most common complaints are signs of previous pets, smells (food/marijuana) in the hallway and unit from neighbors and older furniture. These complaints are rare and we do address them. We are strictly non smoking but people do break the rules. Guests enjoy our full size kitchens and low prices for extended stay. You will be most comfortable with a longer term reservation in these units.

The Space:
The Vistas is an interior corridor former extended stay. The property has an elevator for 2nd and 3rd floor access. We are setup to cater to longer term guests as all of our units have full size kitchens. Please refer to the pictures. The property has unmatched amenities and service for the Sierra Vista submarket. You can expect to get double the room size, a fully stocked kitchen, unmatched amenities for about the price of a regular mid tier hotel room. We offer studios, 1bd, and 2bd. We offer furnished or unfurnished units for short term or long term lease. All of our short term bookings are done through airbnb. This is a fantastic Sierra Vista location, minutes from Fort Huachuca, Fry Blvd, Walmart, Home Depot and Veterans Memorial Park. Perfectly central. If our Airbnb units are all booked up call us and we will help find alternative accommodations either at this site or our sister properties. We are your one stop housing in Sierra Vista, Arizona.
