You are going to love this newly constructed luxury home located just 1 mile from Bandon Dunes Golf Course. With 8 private bedrooms, all 7 1/2 bathrooms, there is plenty of room for large groups, all on a private 5 acre lot. We have a large gourmet kitchen and island, dining room that seats 14, and a family room large enough for everyone to be together.
Outside we have over 2000 sq feet of covered outdoor living space that surrounds a 1600 sq foot putting green. The hot tub and sauna, and fire pit are located in this covered area, in addition to 2 outdoor dining tables for 12-14.
And finally......a golf simulator room, with seating so you can watch all the action until it's your turn.
