The Space:
Welcome to a cozy yet spacious 2-bedroom lodge offering comfortable accommodation for up to 6 guests. Ideal for families or small groups, it’s a relaxed coastal base for a stress-free break by the sea. ✅ Guests can choose to purchase Play Pass online, on arrival at reception, which provides access to a wide range of on-site activities for all ages and on-site bike hire available (additional fee)* PLAY PASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED

Sat & Sun: 09:00–17:00 (Owner Swim 08:00–09:00)
Activities can be booked up to 12 weeks in advance, with swimming bookings available 4 weeks ahead. During school holidays and peak periods, early booking is highly recommended.

4 nights: Monday–Friday
7 nights: Saturday–Saturday
Guests staying for 1–2 nights may still purchase the minimum 3-night Play Pass.

By Car:
From Edinburgh, take the A1 eastbound towards Tranent.
Exit onto A198 towards Longniddry and follow signs for Seton Sands Holiday Village.
Upon arrival at Seton Sands, enter the holiday park and follow the signs to Golf Village and once there, follow the signs for Kingsbarns.
By Bus:
From Edinburgh city centre, take the Lothian Bus 26 towards Seton Sands.
The bus stops directly outside Seton Sands Holiday Village.

By Train & Bus:
Take a train from Edinburgh Waverley to Longniddry Station (about 20 minutes).

Check-in is from 3:00 PM, with check-out by 10:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available for £20 per hour, subject to availability (latest departure 12:00 PM).
No Smoking Policy
All ViVi Stays properties are strictly non-smoking indoors to maintain our luxury standard for every guest.
Any evidence of smoking will result in a £500 charge to cover specialist ozone odour neutralisation, ventilation cleaning, and soft furnishing treatment.
Respect the Space – No Parties
Our homes are designed for comfort and relaxation. Parties or gatherings inside the caravan are not permitted.
Any breach will incur a £250 additional cleaning and disruption fee.
Towels & Linen Care
We provide high-quality linen for your comfort. Please do not take towels to the pool or outside areas.
Damaged or stained towels will be charged at £30 per item.
Travel Cot
A travel cot can be provided upon request, subject to availability.
