We are located in the HEART of Santurce! (on Avenida Juan Ponce de Leon) on the same block with Lote 23 & the Ciudadela. Lote 23 is a popular space dedicated to food truck type vendors, tables and a stage for occasional live entertainment. Just across the street is the Ciudadela, one of San Juan's nicest apartment complexes which includes a 24 hr. Planet Fitness Gym, a 24 hr. Pueblo Grocery store, a cleaner, other shopping and paid parking. A big park is being built on the backside of Ciudadela. Head a few doors down in either direction and you'll find local theaters for plays, music or movies. Also within walking distance are delicious restaurants, Coffee shops, Museums, banks, co-working spaces, entertainment and night clubs. There's something for everyone. Within an easy drive, bus or, 20-30 min walk are beaches, Condado, and Old San Juan and we are 2 blocks from the on-ramp to the Expressway that takes you right to the Airport or left to Old San Juan or head straight over the expressway to Condado's Beaches.
