Review Score: 6

Summary: Saddle and Surrey did not have a room with a kitchen reserved for us the first night of our stay. They said they were not aware that this is what was requested. They said this sometimes happens when customers book through hotels.com. They got us a room with a kitchen for the next night for a small upcharge.
