Quiet and secure in the gated community of Westgreen Townhomes. End unit located across from the pool. The pool is not heated, but a wonderful place to go and soak up the beautiful Arizona sunshine. Our townhome is comfortable and includes 2 full piece bathrooms and a walk in closet in each of the bedrooms. Fubo TV and Netflix and wifi is available. Washer and dryer are available in the unit as well. Outside is a private patio with a BBQ. Our complex is located only a 10 minute drive to the Westgate Entertainment Centre, which is home to the Arizona Cardinals NFL Team and many restaurants and theatres. Ample shopping is also only a 10 minute drive at the Arrowhead Mall. Every restaurant you can imagine is located in the area as well. Downtown Phoenix is about a 20 minute drive. Take in a basketball game or a baseball game. Hiking trails are at the end of Olive Avenue at the White Tank Mountains. You will find everything you want nearby, but taking day trips around the area is fun too! Check out Goldfield Goldmine and Tortilla Flats out near Apache Junction in the Superstition Mountains as you travel through the Tonto Forest. Check out the quaint little town of Wickenburg and enjoy a great lunch! Head up to the red rocks of Sedona for the day and find some unique gifts and souvenirs. The possibilities are endless and you most certainly will run out of time!
