Y’all, this house is all about LOCATION and staying in a quaint home with lots of charm. You can easily WALK to the commercial area of the Riverwalk (restaurants & bars), to the Alamo, Convention center, Alamodome and more. This listing is for the right side of the duplex which features 1 bedroom, 1 full private bathroom, living room w/ queen fold-out sofa, dining room, a working kitchen & outdoor patio with grill. We also rent out the left side of the duplex so you can rent out both sides if you need more space. The other side is called Remember the Callaghan.
Davy Crockett's Cabin is the entire right side of the duplex. This means you will have full access and private use of your own front porch and backyard with deck & grill. The space includes your own living room with fold-out queen sofa bed, dining room, full working kitchen with gas cooking and 1 bedroom. The master features a king-sized bed and someone can sleep on the sofa.
The owner is available anytime but prefers to give guests their privacy. The owner can be reached via text, email and/or phone anytime. She lives only 10 minutes away so can quickly respond to any guest's needs. Please note, we do have exterior security cameras on the property. This is to help us keep the property safe & secure while we are not there. Please be aware they are only monitoring the exterior of our home.
