This three bedroom , in closed patio and beautiful oak and fruit trees in the backyard. We are located just minutes from our famous San Antonio river walk downtown, convenient shops and grocery store nearby and the one with the movie theater. San Antonio is celebrating 300 years of being a city and throughout the year will be events to commemorate this historic event. The City of San Antonio has past an ordinance as of November 1,2018 that require Host's to collect Hotel Occupancy Tax (H.O.T.) of 10.75% for all bookings in additional to what Airbnb fee and taxes are required We live near a park with waking/running trails. Great view of San Antonio! Basket ball court, outside exercise equipmentGuess will enjoy the quiet neighborhood privacy fence.
