This is resort living at its finest. Absolutely stunning home. Over $125K spent to update, upgrade and make this a virtually new showplace home. Entire house was taken down to the drywall. Even the cabinets, doors and tub are new. Updates include: luxury vinyl floors thru-out, new lighting, appliance package, tile in baths vanities, paint in and out, shutters, baseboards, pavered driveway and patio, etc. Home features 2 beds, 2 baths, office, open concept living, spacious upgraded patio, and even the garage has been upgraded. Perks paid by owner include: bi-weekly housekeeping, gas, water. and yard service. This is a 55+ community, but exceptions made for 40+ age range. Between the months of January - April I am ideally looking for a 3-month minimum rental period by a vacationer. Tons of community amenities: gyms, restaurants, bars, tennis, pickleball 3 golf courses, sauna, steam room, lap pools, relaxing resort pools, hot tubs, massage rooms, and the list goes on.
