2 Bedroom Cottage in Chirac
Come and enjoy the peace and tranquil surrounds of the little village of Chirac. This two double bedroom dwelling is part of the main house but is completely self contained for your comfort and privacy. A great place for long walks in the countryside and cycling, or just to sit a read a good book. There is an above ground swimming pool open from start of April to End of September. There is a bar/restaurant in the village a couple of minutes walk and a supermarket just 10 minutes drive away.
You have your own entrance which leads into the living and kitchen area. Here you will find a dining table with chairs, 2 seater sofa and side table with a selection of books. In the kitchen area you have a small fridge freezer, double tray air fryer, toaster, microwave, kettle and washing machine. There is an ironing board and a steamer. Electric heaters for the colder months.
Upstairs there are two double bedrooms with wardrobe space and drawers as well as a shower room and toilet. One bedroom has the view onto the garden and the other on to the lane next to the house. We are approximately 25 minutes from Limoges airport, 1 hour from Angouleme train station and just over 2 hours from Bordeaux.
There are some lovely villages and towns to visit. Confolens is just 14 km, Saint-Junien only 23 km, Rochechouart 18 km, La Rochefoucauld 42 km to name but a few.
