Entry level has 3 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. One of the rooms has an attached bathroom with a shower, and the two other bedrooms share a jack n jill style bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Large, open kitchen and living room are also on the entry level. The entire ocean facing living room has window for views of the beach spanning from Cayucos Pier to Morro Rock.
Downstairs you'll find the 4th bedroom with a king bed and the fifth room with 2 queens. There is another bathroom between these 2 rooms. This bathroom has just been completely remodeled with a large walk in shower. You do have to walk through the 4th bedroom to get to the bathroom and the 5th bedroom.
The downstairs level has a door out onto the patio and private steps to the beach. Patio furniture, gas fire pit and an outdoor shower make for lazy days in the sun. Garage has washer/dryer and a sink, as well as a half bath.
