It's charming and full of character. At the entrance after foyer is the vibrant kitchen with stainless steel countertops equipped with everything you need for your culinary creations. Walking out of the kitchen to your right is the twin bedroom with sliding doors to the zen patio. Once you walk out of the twin guest room straight across is the "groovy" feeling living room with large smart TV and it has a real fireplace to cozy up to in the winter.
Right off the living room is another fun area with 2 seats that also has a large smart tv if you want to do some gaming of your own! Immediately adjacent is the open area dining room that seats 8 and all sliders open up to enjoy the open space for those cooler nights. Just off the dining room is another seating area that has a sleeper sofa and is next to the primary bedroom. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and a smart TV and also has a sofa and coffee table for that "suite" feeling. The primary bathroom is connected to the primary bedroom.
Down the hallway is the second bathroom with shower and toilet. Following the bathroom is the third guest bedroom which has a queen size bed and large smart TV, desk and chair for a working area.
Third bedroom has a trundle bed,( two twin beds), and a desk and chair for reading or working with sliding doors to small jetted plunge pool and patio.
The outdoor space has a very Zen-like feeling with a small plunge pool with waterfall and jets for massaging. Seating outside to just relax and cool off. The are a 2 chaise lounge chairs, a table and 4 chairs, gas BBQ. (Pool is NOT heated)

The street is a very quiet and peaceful street with no outlet. You can walk to Publix Shopping center which has it all and is approx 3/4 of a block and then the ocean is right across the street from the plaza.
There is no need for a car as the Circuit by the Sea will pick you up and drop you off on demand anywhere in Lauderdale By The Sea, Galt Ocean Mile and the Coral Ridge Mall with a simple app you can download.
