This is a large (6,000 sq ft) sun filled home on a quiet street in Madison Park. The neighborhood offers a village with coffee houses, ice cream store, groceries, restaurants, boutiques and a beach with park all within a ten minute walk from the house. Just a few minutes walk from the house is the Arboretum, acres of cultivated greenery leading to a beautiful waterfront. Downtown Seattle is a straight shot, ten minutes by car. The 520 Hwy entrance is also a few minutes away making Bellevue and Redmond an easy commute. Because of the central location, safety and quietude, this is the most desirable Neighborhood in Seattle.
The house has a deck facing west with a massive territorial view. The kitchen, family room and living room open out to the deck with big French doors. Five bedrooms are upstairs and one guest room in the daylight basement. The master has a 120 sqft bathroom and the other four bedrooms share two bathrooms.One bedroom is in the basement with two bathrooms.The basement also has a garage, deck with hot tub, basketball court, and office. There is a formal dining room , TV room , Living room and huge kitchen with 12ft table, on the ground floor. This house is not eligible for parties or entertaining people other than the guest staying at the house.Some exceptions made but must be discussed and well defined. The house has air conditioning upstairs in the bedrooms but not downstairs.Rental for commercial filming is referred to Peter Allen productions. Please make an inquiry before a booking request as the house is for sale and I am only booking two months out which i can romise a rental but more than that I cannot promise.
